Dormy Care Communities was founded in 2017 by a highly respected and experienced team of people, all of whom have had the pleasure of working with older people for a great number of years.
Managing Director Helen Maiello is a registered nurse with some 27 years experience in the care home sector. She has worked as a senior manager for large organisations and is passionate about delivering the highest quality care and service at all times. She believes that through enablement, older people can be supported to continue to live an active and enriched life regardless of their physical or psychological challenges.
Being a new care company, we know that we will have to earn our stripes and that’s exactly what we intend doing.
Our care philosophy is to provide the highest standards of care and support in the very best environments.
Follow our journey as we prepare to open our first home in Abergavenny, Wales in Winter 2018.
